Michael Mauti was Penn State's last first-team All-American linebacker. That was in 2012. It's become more difficult for PSU LBs to earn the honor and the school is probably better known for producing defensive linemen. But there are some quality LBs on the 2016 roster, including Nyeem Wartman-White and Jason Cabinda. The guy to watch, though, is Brandon Bell, coming off a 2015 campaign in which he totaled 12.5 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks and three forced fumbles.
Top Penn State 2017 linebacker target David Adams of Pittsburgh Central Catholic is going to Notre Dame.
