Sunday morning for Olympians Christa Dietzen and Alisha Glass included the All-Sports museum, apple cider and answering questions.
Arnold Gasche, a member of the women’s volleyball booster club and State College resident, said it’s obvious that the two former players love being back at their alma mater.
“I think its home to them, and we love to see them,” he said. “If you’re a volleyball fan, having five [Penn State] volleyball players in the Olympics is pretty special.”
While some audience members had to control their excitement at getting to meet successful Olympians, Glass identified with their nervousness when she met Team U.
