Penn State announced over the summer that it will wear “retro” uniforms for the “Generations of Greatness” game against Indiana Saturday at Beaver Stadium.
Now, it’s adding a new touch to the throwback-themed day. One that’s a little more distinguishable from the way Penn State normally does things for game day.

As Onward State notes, Penn State used a similar one in the 1960s, ‘70s and ’80s, and it looks like Penn State is bringing it back to enhance the experience of a day intended to celebrate the Nittany Lions’ past.
