Penn State (13-5 overall 3-4 B1G) got great support at home from a lively crowd as they led for all but the opening couple minutes of the game. It was a strong performance for the team that was in need of a win after a few tough games.
Mike Watkins was the first player to come off the bench for coach Chambers, just three minutes into the game. Seth Lundy and John Harrar got their second consecutive start in place of Watkins and Myles Dread.
It didn’t take long for Lundy to make an impact. First he kept the rebound alive, tapping it out, then dove to the floor to get the loose ball.
