STATE COLLEGE -- Harrisburg High, led by contributions from five-star Micah Parsons, three-star Shaquon Anderson-Butts, and a whole cast of Cougars, has won Penn State's 7-on-7 passing tournament in State College.
Parsons was dominant throughout the day playing offense and defense, and head coach Calvin Everett's team was practically flawless all day long on the road to victory. They were undefeated in pool play, and bested a very good Coatesville side in the finals.
