JJ Wiebusch sealed his first career hat trick with a between-the-legs goal in overtime to lift No. 14 Penn State to a 6-5 win over No. 11 Michigan on Friday night. The Nittany Lions lead the best-of-3 first round series 1-0 and have a chance to essentially lock up an NCAA Tournament berth tomorrow night.

Penn State drew first blood just over five minutes into the contest when Danny Dzhaniyev sprang an odd-man rush. Dzhaniyev found an open Ben Schoen at the right faceoff circle, and with Logan Stein sliding in the crease, Schoen easily found the back of the net for a 1-0 Lions lead:
