Redshirt sophomore guard Steven Gonzalez wasn’t much of a factor during the first half of Penn State’s 2016 season. But the Nittany Lions’ suffered a number of key positions along the offensive line and Gonzalez, one of PSU’s biggest players, finished the season as one of the Lions’ regulars. He appeared in 11 games and made three starts. Gonzalez’s experience could help him as he looks to build on his 2016 season. But there are other young offensive linemen who could pass Gonzalez on the depth chart.
