The Three Rivers Classic’s second game between Robert Morris and Penn State pitted the No. 1 and 2 ranked power plays in the nation, respectively, against each other, and Colonials' coach Derek Schooley gave fair warning to fans before the game.
Schooley told WDVE-FM on Monday afternoon that if fans didn’t want to see explosive, offensive hockey, they shouldn’t come to CONSOL Energy Center for Monday’s Three Rivers Classic nightcap.
While The Colonials were the geographic home team, the Nittany Lions brought a large contingent of fans that made themselves heard when the team lit the lamp.
