Penn State Football head coach James Franklin said in his post game press conference that tight end Pat Freiermuth will have season ending surgery.

Penn State Football star tight end Pat Freiermuth was unavailable in Saturday’s 41-21 loss to Iowa on Saturday. Franklin said the injury occurred in the Ohio State game, meaning Freiermuth played in two games with the injury.
