MOBILE, Ala. -- Oklahoma State’s linebacking corps entered this year with plenty of depth -- and it's being stretched now.
With about three minutes left in Wednesday’s practice, Kenneth Edison-McGruder got hurt.
On the day before the game, Kevin Henry got hurt -- and will miss the rest of the season.
For an Oklahoma State team that got through August in great health, this week was disastrous. Edison-McGruder, the starter at star linebacker, returned a fumble for a touchdown last week against Tulsa. Cowboys coach Mike Gundy said Edison-McGruder is day-to-day, but that makes it unclear whether he will be ready for next week’s game at Pittsburgh.
