Tyler Rudolph will be entering his freshman season in Happy Valley this fall, but was able to join the team this past winter and take part in the Blue/White game. At 6 feet tall and 199 pounds, he already has good size to play safety.
In high school he played corner as well, and was ranked the 20th-best prospect at that position, while being rated as high as 18th as a safety by 247sports.
Rudolph had offers from some of the best programs in the country, including Clemson, Florida, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin and more. He also was offered by Ohio State and Michigan.
