We’re sticking with the running backs on the season countdown as we honor true freshman Quinton Martin. A former consensus four-star, Top-150 player and No. 8 running back nationally according to 247 Sports, Martin brings power and explosiveness with his 6’1” 202-pound frame, which was on full display in the Blue-White Game back in April. While the RB position is set with Nicholas Singleton and Kaytron Allen taking the bulk of the carries, look for Quinton to get some playing time this Fall, whether it be in garbage time, or to give the two-headed monster a breather. Combined with Cam Wallace, whom we honored yesterday on the countdown, the future of the RB room at PSU looks rather bright.
