The 2024 season is ever closer! Today, we take a look at a key piece in the linebacker corps. Keon Wylie is slated to take a major step forward in the upcoming season, after having spent 2023 on special teams.
Wylie has 17 tackles (13 solo), with 5 tackles for loss, 3 sacks and a quarterback hurry so far in his career, and once his is able to be on the field, should be a massive help for a linebacking group that lost Abdul Carter to a position switch.
While Wylie’s offseason injury has been described as bad enough to miss “significant time,” we know it’s not season-ending, as Franklin usually denotes whether an injury ends someone’s season, even if not exactly telling the world what the injury is.
