We're going in the wayback machine to find our 85 days representative. Jim Garrity was the leader and co-leader on the team in receptions in 1953 and 1954, respectively. He was also the first-ever recruiting catch for then assistant coach Joe Paterno. His grandson, Gregg Garrity is a current receiver on the team but it's his son, Gregg Sr. who is the most famous of the Garritys in Penn State lore for rather obvious reasons:
