After landing Noah Cain out of IMG Academy in the 2019 recruiting class, Penn State went back to the well one more time with Kaytron Allen. The Nittany Lions offered Allen in September of 2019 before a breakout sophomore season. He then remained in touch with primary recruiter Ja’Juan Seider throughout the process though Penn State remained on the perimeter of his recruitment.
