There is no word on exactly why Colón decided to back out of his commitment, but it seems to be a very strange situation. Colón was even set to enroll early at Penn State this winter.
Colón is a three star defensive tackle from Independence High School in North Carolina. Christian wasn't the highest rated recruit in Penn State's class, but was considered a very nice pick-up due to his size and his position.
