After last weekend’s series sweep of St. Lawrence, the newly-ranked No. 18 Nittany Lions now have their sights set on conference play. Heading back on the road, Penn State is ramping up for another ranked matchup against No. 4 Minnesota.
The Big Ten has a storied and successful history in college hockey, consistently making up the teams at the top of the Division 1 food chain. This year is shaping up to be no different, as five of the top 20 teams all call the Big Ten home.
