The Florida Relays, a meet which goes as far back as 1939, is known as one of the premier events of the spring season, bringing in ranked competition from all over the country. Host team Florida stands at No. 3 in the nation going into the spring season, while Penn State hails at No. 19.
The weekend was highlighted with a narrow relay victory, by a margin of just .05 seconds, and a 3-4 finish in the 800 meter event.
The Nittany Lions’ middle distance squad didn’t disappoint in the 4 x 800 meter relay with Brannon Kidder and Isaiah Harris again bringing their best, taking home the first place spot for the Lions.
