Clay: I just think Kortovich has an extremely high floor. He reminds me a lot of Khalil Dinkins, but might be a better athlete. He tested extremely well for PSU and is already a very good and very willing blocker at the tight end position, which isn’t usually the case in high school. I’m not sure he’s ever a superstar, but if he stays healthy I have a hard time seeing him not being a useful player either for PSU or if he gets passed by on the depth chart, some other P4 program.
