The Northeast had a down year as far as secondary options went, which meant Penn State went national for cornerbacks and safeties. The Nittany Lions found Jordan Miner, who made his first visit to Happy Valley on June 2nd. That was all Miner needed to see, as he named Penn State his leader and made the call for the Nittany Lions just a month later.

Scouting Report
Miner is a long cornerback prospect with a knack for picking off passes. Although a few of his interceptions were partly due to god awful mediocre throws by the opposing quarterback, Miner does a great job of staying with his man while having the awareness to play the ball once it’s in the air.
