The No. 19 Missouri volleyball team opened its season Friday with back-to-back victories at the Culvers Governors Challenge in Clarksville, Tennessee.
In the first match, Missouri (2-0) rallied from a 2-1 deficit to beat Marshall (17-25, 25-15, 21-25, 25-22, 15-9).
Freshman Leketor Member-Meneh had 22 kills and 11 digs in her first match as a Tiger.
"I thought we showed a lot of resiliency in the first match against Marshall," coach Wayne Kreklow said in a statement. "We re-grouped and executed better as the match went on, and we were able to come away with the win.
