UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Many consider the playoffs in any sport to be the start of a new season. The same rings true for the Penn State Nittany Lion men's volleyball team as they begin their pursuit for their 18th consecutive EIVA postseason crown. Although the team has two games remaining on the regular season schedule, the group's mentality has somewhat shifted to the upcoming season, the postseason. "We will try out a few guys and keep them fresh," head coach Mark Pavlik said.
