KJ Hamler has been an instant sensation for Penn State this season, and the redshirt freshman had his best game yet against Ohio State on Saturday. Despite leaving the game early with an injury, Hamler had a productive evening that led to him receiving the honor of Big Ten Freshman of the Week.
Hamler set career records with four receptions for 138 yards, which included an electrifying 93-yard touchdown to give Penn State a 13-0 lead in the first half. The touchdown displayed Hamler’s incredible explosiveness, which truly makes him a threat to reach the end zone with each touch.
