Kennesaw State looks to keep running past Presbyterian

Kennesaw State has found an inside running game over the last two weeks, and it may have to take center stage again Saturday when the Owls face Presbyterian.

Kennesaw State (4-0, 2-0 Big South Conference) comes into the 2:30 p.m. kickoff in Clinton, South Carolina, off back-to-back games in which Jake McKenzie rushed for more than 100 yards, and the Owls as a team ran for more than 225 yards between the tackles.

Overall, Kennesaw State leads the Football Championship Subdivision in rushing, averaging 333 yards per game, and it has run for a combined 817 yards over the last two weeks.
