HARRISBURG -- Pennsylvania's embattled attorney general has turned over material requested by a judge hearing an appeal in the Jerry Sandusky case.
Last week, Judge John Cleland, at an appeal hearing for former Penn State University assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky, ordered Attorney General Kathleen Kane to make good on her accusation that grand jury material was leaked during the Sandusky investigation.
Sandusky is serving a 30- to 60-year prison sentence for sexually assaulting boys. Sandusky is appealing his conviction, saying the investigation was tainted and unfair.
"[Kane] replied to the judge as required. The material is under seal, per the judge's order.
