Recruiting is starting to pick up for Utah State’s football program as four players have pledged their commitment to the Aggies since Oct. 30.
The latest athlete to verbally commit to USU is junior college cornerback Jason Thomas, who is a sophomore at Golden West College in Huntington Beach, California. Thomas announced his decision Tuesday night on Twitter.
In nine gams this season, Thomas has recorded 24 tackles, three interceptions and three passes broken up (PBUs) for the 4-6 Rustlers. The 5-foot-11, 175-pounder is tied for the team lead with his three picks. Thomas has also returned three kickoffs for 70 yards.
