The Colts couldn't have the losing offensive coordinator in Super Bowl LII, so they'll settle on the winner. NFL Media's Mike Garafolo reports that the club has agreed to terms with the Eagles' Frank Reich on a five year deal to become its next head coach.
ESPN's Adam Schefter and Chris Mortensen reported earlier Sunday that Reich was the favorite to be the Colts' consolation prize after Indianapolis was spurned by Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels last week.
Reich, 56, spent the past two seasons working in Philadelphia alongside Carson Wentz on coach Doug Pederson's staff. He spent the two years prior to that working with Philip Rivers as Chargers offensive coordinator.
