College football’s Week 1 came and went (save for one more game Monday night), but not much changed on the Heisman Trophy front. Our top five rankings stayed the same, albeit with a little shifting regarding a certain quarterback on the West Coast. In the second tier, though, things got interesting, with a pair of players dropping out and two more who put up big numbers moving in.
