Teniya Page continues to make her presence known in the Bryce Jordan Center for Penn State.
Although the sophomore guard had a slow first quarter for the Nittany Lions (17-8, 7-6 Big Ten), who took down conference rival Purdue (15-11, 6-6 Big Ten) in a hard-fought 79-73 decision on Saturday afternoon, she came out strong in the second half to help her team.
"The first half," Nittany Lions’ coach Coquese Washington said. "I didn't think she was being very aggressive, in particular, against the zone. That was one of the things we talked about at halftime. We wanted her to be more aggressive and not settle to stay out on the perimeter and just pass the ball around.
