Coming out of high school, Josh Rosen was supposed to be the best college quarterback since Andrew Luck. It was written that he was a legitimate Heisman Trophy candidate and probable No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft. While he has been a very good college player after two seasons at UCLA, he is hardly another Luck and isn’t even the best quarterback in the city of Los Angeles.
