Paris, here we are.
The 2024 Paris Olympic games have started and soon enough field hockey will too. Penn State forward Phia Gladieux and former Nittany Lion goalkeeper Jenny Rizzo will represent the United States in the tournament.
The U.S., ranked 12th in the world, will play in Pool B alongside Australia, Argentina, Great Britain, Spain and South America.
All the games will be played at Yves-du-Manoir Stadium. The group play is scheduled from Saturday until Aug. 3. After that, the quarterfinals will take place on Aug. 5, followed by the semifinals on Aug. 7. The medal matches will be on Aug.
