Norwood, a State College High product, went undrafted out of Penn State in 2009.
The Cleveland Browns signed him though, and he spent time with them, the Philadelphia Eagles, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Denver Broncos.
He helped the Broncos win Super Bowl 50, and set a record with the longest punt return -- 61 yards -- in Super Bowl history.
