If you're having a tough time distinguishing Michigan's current starting quarterback John O'Korn from its former and injured quarterback Wilton Speight, you're probably not alone. Neither will inspire visions of the many NFL QBs played for the Wolverines from the mid-'80s on starting with their current head coach Jim Harbaugh.
Other than Tom Brady, none was exactly a dynamo. But under Gary Moeller and Lloyd Carr, Michigan churned out a lot of workmanlike types who smartly managed a game and didn't make many mistakes. Todd Collins, Brian Griese, Elvis Grbac, Drew Henson, John Navarre and Chad Henne all had lengthy pro careers.
