Penn State secured its first commitment with just days left of the NCAA transfer portal cycle.
Kiyomi McMiller joins coach Carolyn Kieger’s roster after a standout freshman season, where more than just her stats came to national attention.
McMiller averaged 18.7 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game last season and will boost a solid guard room alongside Moriah Murray, Vitoria Santana and Shayla Smith.
While McMiller enjoyed a breakout freshman campaign, her dominance ended early as she was benched for two games after a locker-room altercation with a teammate before missing the final six games of the regular season with an injury.
