On Saturday night, former Missouri swimmer Michael Chadwick finished seventh in the men's 50-meter freestyle at the USA Swimming National Championships in Indianapolis.
Chadwick, who finished with a time of 22.10 seconds, swam against Olympians Tony Ervin (2016 gold medalist in the 50 freestyle), Cullen Jones (2012 silver medalist in the 50 freestyle), Nathan Adrian (2016 bronze medalist in the 50 freestyle) and Caeleb Dressel (2016 gold medalist in the men's 4x100 freestyle relay), who took first-place in the event.
