With reports of Tony Carr’s signing by the Italian club Fiat Torino, the first Penn State basketball player to be drafted since 1999 had his climb to the NBA come to a screeching halt today, and with it, any momentum that Pat Chambers and his Nittany Lion program could have hoped to gain from the ordeal.
