Daily Herald BYU football beat writer and sports editor Jared Lloyd evaluates the performance of every position group and the coaches in the first three quarters of the BYU-UNLV game at Sam Boyd Stadium on Friday.
Quarterback Joe Critchlow put some impressive touch on the ball, frequently dropping it in nicely to his receivers. He made a few mistakes, but those could be attributed to inexperience. All in all, it was a great showing.
