We are halfway into the 2024 college football season, and with their first-ever-in-history victory over USC in Los Angeles, Penn State has all but guaranteed itself a spot in the inaugural 12-team college football playoff. The highest all-time winningest FBS team to NEVER make the BCS or CFP will FINALLY get into the “postseason!!” Even a loss to hated OSU will not keep them out.
