Brandon Taylor bounces back to help lead Penn State men’s basketball to a win

Brandon Taylor walked off the court in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts after Penn State’s game over Boston College just happy to get the win. Despite being the team’s leading scorer through the first five games, Taylor finished last Tuesday’s game against the Eagles with two points.

On Saturday against Eastern Michigan (5-3), Taylor made up for his performance with a career high 27 points – which led all scoring in the game – and led the Nittany Lions (5-2) in rebounding with 12. The effort – which helped propel the Lions to an 81-70 win over the Eagles – was the type of bounce back performance that coach Patrick Chambers expected out of the senior forward.
