Penn State’s Board of Trustees met on Tuesday afternoon to vote on a proposed $700 million renovation of Beaver Stadium. With a final tally of 26 in favor of and 2 against (Anthony Lubrano and Barry Fenchak were the two dissenters), it’s official: Beaver Stadium will be getting some major work done over the next couple years.
