This is...ambitious
It was a bit of a surprise when the news came out earlier this year that Penn State's 2015 White Out game would take place against Michigan. It seemed, logically, that it made sense to give that honor to the game against Rutgers, which is guaranteed to be a night game at home against a conference foe.
Still, that game is prime for something special, and today, Penn State announced its plan for making Beaver Stadium look awesome under the lights. The matchup has been designated a Stripe Out, which means that the stadium will alternate between blue and white stripes, with the student section being all white.
