UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - Brianna Banks knows a lot about change. Raised in a military family, Banks has lived all over the world, from Germany to Atlanta, Georgia. So when she decided that she wasn't getting what she wanted out of her college basketball experience, she started looking around for something new.
Banks played for the Connecticut Huskies for the first three seasons of her collegiate career, winning two national championships along the way. But she wasn't getting as involved as she felt was necessary for her career after college.
"I wanted to have a career outside of college in basketball and I felt like leaving would be the best decision for me to do that," Banks said.
