nAfter leading the Big Ten in catches, receiving yards and receiving touchdowns prior to Saturday, Maryland wide receiver D.J. Moore caught just three passes for 44 yards in the University of Wisconsin’s 38-13 victory over the Terrapins at Camp Randall Stadium.
Moore entered the game with 44 receptions, 624 yards and seven touchdowns and was coming off a monster game against Northwestern in which he grabbed 12 passes for 210 yards and two scores.
According to Badgers players, though, UW didn’t shade any extra coverage Moore’s way.
“Nah, we just played ball,” cornerback Derrick Tindal said.
