After long thought and consideration, I have decided to decommit from Penn State. I will be reopening my recruitment.

A few short weeks before the season, and another few short weeks after the announcement of Pat Chambers’ resignation, Penn State basketball finds itself with zero commitments for the 2021 recruiting class. In an unsurprising turn of events, Elijah Hutchins-Everett followed in the footsteps of TaQuan Woodley, and Houston Mallette, respectively, and announced he’s no longer committed to the Nittany Lions.

Recruits and players leaving a program when there’s a coaching change is nothing new.
