Alvin Kamara spoke to Edna Karr's high school football team before the Cougars won the Class 4A state title last week.
Kamara, who said a friend asked him to talk to the team, won a state championship at Norcross High, and the moment he walked into the locker room, all of those emotions came flooding back.
"I was telling them to just embrace the moment," Kamara said. "When I walked in the locker room, I got that flashback, it was like deja vu, all that energy and the environment."
Kamara couldn't stay to watch the game, but he was already familiar with Edna Karr's program before his pregame speech.
