It was a historic weekend for one of Penn State’s best forwards, making him The Daily Collegian’s Athlete of the Week
Alex Limoges recorded a goal and assist in the Nittany Lions’ 5-1 victory, and in the process become Penn State’s all-time leader in points in a season with 50.
He is also now tied with Michigan’s State’s Taro Hirose for the nation’s lead in points. The sophomore forward has recorded nine points in four games this postseason.
He will look to add to that this Saturday in the Big Ten Championship against Notre Dame.
