The last time Alan Zemaitis suited up in a Penn State uniform was for the Nittany Lions instant classic triple-overtime battle with Florida State in the Orange Bowl to cap off a stunning 2005 season. After a little more than 15 years, he’s back with the program to help deliver more championships.
Zemaitis, likely the best Penn State defensive back of this century, has been hired as an assistant recruiting coordinator. He will be working under Kenny Sanders, the team’s national recruiting coordinator.
Previously, Zemaitis had been a member of the Susquehanna University coaching staff since 2012.
