TUSCALOOSA — A luxury of college football’s new, 2018 early signing period is the jumpstart programs can get on its 2019 class.
Alabama has taken full advantage.
The Crimson Tide received its second 2019 commitment in as many days when four-star athlete Brandon Turnage gave his pledge on Friday afternoon, announcing his decision on Twitter.
Listed as both a wide receiver and a safety, Turnage measures at 6-foot-1 and weighs 180 pounds. His pledge comes one day after four-star safety Brendan Gant committed to Alabama.
An Oxford, Mississippi native, Turnage spurned his hometown Ole Miss Rebels.
