A hot start for the month of July, quickly cooled down for Penn State football’s 2020 recruiting cycle. As the college football dead period begun towards the end of June, we anticipated a long month with a lack of action. To our surprise, the Nittany Lions ended up having a productive week as June wrapped up, and July had begun.
Lately, though, the commitments have settled down. While the recruiting cycle has been quiet for Penn State, some big additions could be coming in sooner than later. Right now, not many prospects have been making commitments, but some of the top prospects within the class have been narrowing down their choices.
