33 Random Thoughts: Surviving Minnesota
- I was not very worried about Minnesota heading into the game. I just didn’t think they’d be efficient enough offensively to put together the necessary scoring drives to stay in the game, and I thought we’d see the Penn State rushing attack have one of its better days.
- I was wrong.
- The first sign was the Tyler Warren direct snap on 3rd and inches that did not net a first down. I didn’t even think that play was capable of not being a first down. Some scary foreshadowing for what the rest of the afternoon was going to be like.
